St. Thomas Orphanage ,  a registered `TRUST`, which is under E A E Iringole, Perumbavoor is the sovereign  body of the Santom  Public School Thungali.The TRUST will ensure that the school is running as per norms of CBSE. The trust is responsible for the academic policy, strategic direction and the administration etc. of the school and will ensure that the school is running as per provisions issued by CBSE. There shall be a School Managing Committee constituted as per guide lines of CBSE for the general function of the school whose powers are subject to overall control of the Trust. The term of a Managing committee is three years. The school Managing committee shall evolve both short and long term programs of the school.

The President of the EAE, served as the Ex-officio Patron/Chairman of the school.

The President of the St.Thomas orphanage, serve as the president of the school.

The school Manager is an important and necessary link between the Trust, School Managing Committee and the school. The general supervision over the school is vested with him.

The Principal will function as the head of the institution. He also will be the ex-officio honorary secretary of the School Managing Committee.
